Dawn, also referred to as the Sun Goddess, is a celestial being and one of the creators of the Dream World, being particularly responsible for the creation of monsters and other nightmare creatures. Due to this, she's seen as controversial figure, often being erased from history in favour of the Sandman.
She is the main caretaker of the Limbo and the Reapers, taking responsibility for the monsters she unleashes to it.
