Ember Bonfire is the daughter of the rulers of Ashenpyre, therefore a princess, who fled from her home country to escape her duties.
She later found herself to be kidnapped by Uberon's crew, due to Blue Fire Drimare being an extremely rare breed, almost exclusive to royalty.
But upon proving herself worthy to him, she became part of the crew, taking responsibility for the canons and firearms.

so they hunted them down
maybe that's why Rad and Melani are the only ones left
they never found their daughter
meanwhile ember fled to [WHEREVER UBERON IS FROM, IDK THE NAME] and somehow she was kidnapped by his crew and meant to be used or sold for her rare breed
somehow she proved herself to be worthy of being part of the crew
I don't think she ever heard about her family again
or that her disappearance caused the genocide of an entire species
