Lucia, most commonly referred to as "Madre Lucia" or "Mother Lucia", is the main Reaper from the Bonemaw region, notorious for her ability to revive the dead in the form of skeletons, something which is unheard of for other Reapers to do.
If Lucia finds that the deceased still has too much to live for or they have unfinished business in the living world, she will offer to revive them, allowing them to roam the world until all those who knew them in life pass away.
Unlike most Reapers who live a life of either isolation or hiding among the living, Lucia is very open about her role and she's quite a popular figure in the region's culture, being revered as a demigoddess of sorts, rather than a common Reaper.
Appearance[]
Lucia is a tall Marigold Flower Drimare, she has the appearance of a skeleton, with flowing orange petal-like hair that appears to be constantly shifting.
In typical Flower Drimare fashion, she has two marigold flowers on her head, and a leaf collar on orange petals on her neck. Her lashers are skeletal, appearing to grow flowers on their tips.
She also wears a long green dress adorned with images of orange and yellow flowers with long hanging sleeves. The bottom of her dress is covered in glowing orange marigold petals that constantly surround her.
Personality[]
Lucia is often described as a kind and benevolent being, filled with great love for both the living and the dead. Despite the violence present in Bonemaw and the various conflicts among all the different groups of Drimare, Lucia regards each and every one of them as equals, always greeting the deceased with a smile before guiding them into the Afterlife.
She's a caretaker who radiates an aura of hope and positivity wherever she goes, hoping for her influence to bring an end to all the needless fighting and aggression in the region.
Lucia is an empath at heart, being one of the few Reapers known to allow a second chance in life, allowing for the spirits of the dead to roam freely in the form of skeleton undead when they unfinished business to attend to.
Lucia is a regarded as a caring motherly figure, and her biggest passion is to reunite friends and lovers in the Afterlife. Despite her presence in Bonemaw's culture, very few get to meet her more than once.

Fun fact, in the first concept for Bonemaw's Reaper, this guy was supposed to be the main reaper, but I ended up settling for Lucia instead

Due to her kind heart and warm personality, she was chosen to become a Reaper, which she accepted as it meant she'd reunite people with their loved ones

- Lucia being a Marigold Flower Drimare is inspired on how Mexican Marigolds are used in Dia De Los Muertos celebrations as their petals and scent are said to guide to spirits of the dead to their altars.
